Their OmniCure® UV Curing Systems supply leading manufacturers worldwide with the most advanced, simple-to-use and reliable UV curing technology.

OmniCure products enable micro and macro adhesive applications. With area-arrayed light guides, it is possible to cure a large surface in a very short time. On the other hand, micro-applications allow for more precision and thoroughness in the curing process.

Two UV emission technologies are available: Hg Arc lamps and LED lighting.

With their R&D investments, the company holds several patents, including the “close loop feedback” technology, which allows compensation of the lamp’s constant intensity throughout its lifespan. Arc lamps can develop spectra up to 24.7 W/cm². LED lights have a lifespan of 20,000 hours and can generate spectra up to 16 W/cm². Furthermore, OmniCure offers measurement instruments aimed at maintaining repetitive manufacturing processes.

OmniCure® Spot Curing

UV LED Surface Curing

The OmniCure AC Series range allows you to cure your adhesives, resins, and any other products containing photo initiators. The surface irradiation provided by the AC Series line allows curing with high intensity power, from 2.5W / cm² to 20W / cm², and wavelengths between 365 and 405nm to ensure low-temperature conditions and exceptional yields. The range is patented by Excelitas Air-cooled® technology and a customizable optics system allowing a single controller to pattern the LED footprint.

OmniCure R2000 UV Radiometer

The R2000 Radiometer is the most advanced and accurate tool for measuring irradiance. Developed in cooperation with the OmniCure® Platform of UV Curing Systems, the R2000 portable Radiometer offers unmatched performance to calibrate and set irradiance levels on your OmniCure® Series 2000 curing system through serial communication. The new Lumen Dynamics R2000 Radiometer can be combined with the OmniCure™ S2000 to provide a complete curing system with unmatched control and repeatability. Special electronics built into the R2000 Radiometer allow for connection of custom sensors for measuring light energy directly at the cure site.

OmniCure Adjustable Spot Collimating Adapter

The adjustable collimating adaptor is ideal for any application that requires a uniform spot from 1”up to 6” (2.54cm to 15.2cm). The benefit for equal distribution of power will allow the user to cure adhesive evenly without having to compensate for uneven light distribution.

OmniCure Liquid Light Guides

Flexible light guides are liquid-filled or made of quartz fibers. There are advantages and disadvantages for each type. The proper choice of light guide, optical accessories and bandpass filter requires the assistance of an expert.
